I ordered 2 bags from these people as soon as i got them i emailed them to let them no they were torn,ripped and very used. I asked for a RMA number to send them back and they said i didn't need one just send them back and I would be refunded.I have been dealing with this since November 5-14. They have there shitty merchandise back all i want is my full refund that I am entitled to.

I also have every conversation that Raquel sent to me saying I would be refunded my full amount I also have there, policy on damaged goods that is sent to you and there guarantee to the customer as well as EASY returns!!

Since this person doesn't want to refund my money I wont stop until they are prosecuted for everything possible so they cant do this again to another innocent person! All I asked for was for my full refund to be returned
