Place order on February 28, 2015 contacted Raquel regarding tracking number as of March 12, 2015 I still have not been able to get a tracking number. Website state customer will receiver tracking number 1 to 3 days and payment is confirm. I received an email that payment has been confirmed. I email Raquel everyday and she tells me the same story that she is waiting for the shipping to give her an update on my order. Communication is very bad with Raquel. Beware of hottestbags.com website. I have all of the emails for documentation.
