I 'purchased' an Esta visa waiver from this company before a trip to the USA. Believed at the time that the extra I was paying was for an advanced service. On arrival at the airport for the start of my holiday the number they gave me did not work, and I had to rush about applying for another one before I could leave.
I've contacted the 'company' on numerous occasions since, and received assurances that they are genuine, and somehow what happened was my fault. Can steps not be taken to delete their website, so that other people don't fall into the same trap.
Apart from anything else I feel very insecure as I shared my bank details with who knows who?
