This company also markets products through trytruegarcinia.com. I called to cancel the order of a True Green Coffee and returned the product pursuant to the company return policy which is posted on the website. I also included a formal written cancellation of the order with the returned product. I confirmed the returned product was delivered via delivery tracking information. The company has refused to refund my money for the returned product and billed my credit card for another order again yesterday. When I called again today, the company claims to have no record of my order or of billing my card.
