I ordered a sample of their product for $4.95 and received a confirmation email that it would arrive within a couple days. The fine print in the email stated that if I didn't want to participate in the "auto order" of said product to call the help desk. I did exactly that to cancel any auto order, and was assured I was not going to be billed. Well guess what, I was billed for $114.95 in spite of my request. My bank is in process of disputing the charge. A definite scam operation.
