I ordered a skin cream on line about 2 years ago. Te trial was $4.95. I did not order Bellavani but they signed me up for a monthly shipment of a cream (disgusting). I paid for the first two months - because I was not quite clear where this was coming from. Then I called and told them to send no more and sent the third one back about a year ago. They said they would refund my money. Now they came to me about a year later and say I owe them the $98 because I am enrolled in the program and they have shipped me product and my credit card is no longer valid after a year. They shipped me nothing recently. They want my credit card number to rob me every month as they did in the past. I never asked for anything from this company. They are a fraud.
