I was charged this morning for a fee of 39.95 because
I did not press the "skip this month". I was on hold this morning for 45 minutes to have this resolved and I wanted a refund and to cancel my account because as it also states that THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE. This company is very misleading. I had signed up to just view the shoes. I've never pressed skip this month and have viewed the shoes for the last 2 1/2 months. This is a perfect scam for the woman with a busy life that if she doesn't press "skip this month" you will be charged with unwanted credit to your account! They would not issue me a refund so I will be filling a dispute against the company with the help of my bank. And by the way for every woman that says "well read the t&c" or "what do you think membership means"? Let me just say there is such a thing as a free membership to things. Also unless you were a VIP member you would not be charged. How is it you become a VIP member? They automatically upgrade you without your knowledge and then you find out when you are charged.
I will never be ordering from this company again. Now I have been on hold for an hour just to again try to cancel my account after I got cut off the first time this morning.
