I was taken to this site whilst searching for a book. During the logging in part of it, I entered my credit card details, which was supposed to be only for credit checking purposes and have been charged 40 dollars each month for no apparent reason.
After I checked my account this month I am trying to get in touch with the customer service for this company and its been of no use.
I am completely shocked and to stop my account from getting charged, I need to cancel my credit card which is bit of a bad solution and if I cant get in touch with them that is what I will have to do.
