Company owes me $179.98, which they debited my son's EPPI card for a FREE TRIAL of $4.95.
I went on line to order a FREE TRIAL of Pure Garcinia Cambogia Plus for 4.95 on August 2, 2014. Next thing I know they took an additional 89.99 on August 16, 2014. Then they took another 89.99 on September 8, 2014. I spoke with Rose and she stated that I agreed to the 12 month supply and that I had 3 days to cancel. That is untruthful, I promise you on the website that I went on there was NOTHING stating that!!! I would not have order that on my son's EPPI card if that were true. I only wanted to try it that is why I went ahead and did the free trial. On September 11,2014 I believe, Rose did state that they would give me only 89.99 once I returned the unused bottle. She gave me an RMA number which I ship out 9/12/14 and expected delivery was 9/15/14 and I do have the tracking number, which is 9114 9999 4423 8352 7902 88, which is the postal number. My complaint is that I want my son's 179.98 that they took off his EPPI card which is his supplement money from cuyahoga county, they stated I only had to pay 4.95. This is a ripoff and I tried to tell them that this is my son's money from the State not mine they took. My son need his money as soon as possible for his personal needs to be met. I did call the County and waiting on them to call me back. This is unethical on their part to say one thing ( free trial for 4.95) then a couple weeks later take your money from you without authorization. I Never authorized them to do that!!! The only thing on my son's EPPI card statement is the telephone number to thier fullfillment center at 1885 B Beaver Ridge Circle, Norcross GA. They are so devious that they sent you the pills with no company name, no address, telephone number nothing but the person's name they sent it to with an order number and the name of the product with the price. My husband and I have searched for this company for a week and they seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth. I have found this address and numerous others. But I spoke with a Dan and he stated that the name of the company is High Star Media and then my husband called later on and he spoke with a woman who stated the same thing that it is High Star Media. All I know is that I will not stop searching until they refund my son's money. Then my husband called again and they stated that the company was in Oregon. We looked for them in Oregon and still can not find them. I looked up the customer service number on the my son's statement because that is all they give you is 888-628-4690, and the address attached to it is:CAN Health Herkimer house Mill Road Industrial Estate Linlithgow EH49 75F Reino Unido ??? Then I found another address for corporate: 5015 Addison Cir, # 295 Addison, TX 75001. So you see I NEED HELP with this. I am so hurt that they took this money from my son and don't even care, you would think that they would have compassion and say well we where wrong we will refund you his money of 178.98 because I did tell them it was his money they took and providing that website stated a free trial not something that was 12 months!!! I sent BOTH bottles of the Garcinia Cambogia Plus back I NEVER used neither one. PLEASE HELP
