I spoke to Latty thinking he was with Norton 360 about my error codes 8504 & 104. I was transferred to Evan & was told that over 70% of my files were corrupted & there was a 3rd party take over, also infected by a trojan. Long story short...all that was done was 599.99 added to my credit card & 3 anti spyware programs were installed & that in it's self is conflicting. They said I would receive monthly maintanence & free lifetime of Norton 360. I would never have another virus ever again. I have called my credit card company & they have blocked Upclick from billing me after they researched this. BUT they also go under another name of Human Microsystem. So beware!!
Update: 09/17/2014
When Evan called me it came up on my caller ID as Human Microsystems. Please Beware that Upclick & Human Microsystems are associated
