Unfortunately I fell for this scam and entered my card details for a free trial of both products. Both products took over 2 weeks to reach me in the UK ,already breaching their refund and returns policy. My card was debited on three occasions despite not having received any further products as I had unknowingly entered into a monthly autofill subscription. How this is legal is beyond me and trying to communicate with the company is horrendous. Pl be careful

Hi Karen,
You need to file a charge-back with your credit card bank. They will credit the money back to your account. You do not have to lose money to this fraudulent crooks.
