They did not let me know they were going to charge my card 39.95. I called and a recorded voice directed me to the website. I wrote a complaint because they charged me the day my 14 day free trial expired. They replied that they told me that I could cancel my subscription at any time and it was not in the fine print. They will not refund my money even though I will never use their product beyond the free trial. Oh, and by the way, they are called Resume Genuis now. Their website is www.resumegenius.com. Avoid it.
