Used service to print resume. Said charge was 1.95 for 14 days. After that full services would cost 39.00. Understood this to mean I would not have access to the service after 14 days unless I opted to sign up. Instead this meant in 14 days they would start charging me MONTHLY. This was totally unclear. I phoned them immediately and was within 10 hours of the required cancellation period. They were rude, unbendable, and disrespectful. When I told them I would challenge the charge on my card they sent me a menacing email threatening to take legal action if I tried to remove the charge. They are in the business of making money by hoping someone doesn't understand their terms and/or forgets to cancel. Who would sign up for a 40/month service when they are putting out a resume to find work and are most likely not in a financial situation to pay.

Also the first rep I talked to was rude and the second told me I was irresponsible and it wasn't his fault. The manager was worse than the reps. This company has no interest in customer service or any time of customer relation. They are like tenacious pitbulls holding on to their prey (unsuspecting customers) as if their life depended on it. There is no discussing with them. And they have adopted a cold, rude tone to avoid confronting their dishonest business practices.
