Me and my brother have played this game for about 5 years (ever since it came out) We enjoyed the game very much considering its terrible customer service and strict rules. For about 2 years the game was very enjoyable and fun. Now the rules have gotten out of control. I have about five accounts muted and 3 banned. Yet when i email them asking for an explanation there answers are completely irrelevant. And on top of that they tell me to seek entertainment elsewhere. This game is fun and all but its a waste of money. They broke my rights and stole my money. They deserve to get sued for all they got. They are a bunch of greedy pigs stealing other peoples cash. They also banned my IP address, Which is taking it a little too far in the terms of banning and muting. I got a whole new computer and used different ones yet i'm still banned and muted on several different accounts. This is complete BS (excuse my language) they rip you off for this? Customer service is worse than a dictatorship! They don't even have a phone line i can call to try to resolve this issue. Back in 2010 they banned one of my accounts. (It was for a chargeback) They say i have to send a check for 10$ USD PLUS 10$ More for customer support. They have not helped me at all. I will not pay 10$ for a couple of emails. I am going boycott this game and along with my friends this game doesnt deserve one penny. I have had it someone please sue them.
