My son received a $20 gift card as a gift for Wizard 101. When he tried to scratch oft the bar to get the redeem code the numbers came off with it. So I emailed the company. They asked for info and a picture, which I emailed back to them. They then asked for some of the small enough information. So, I sent it to them again . I never received any other response and the issue was not resolved. So I emailed them again with all the information and more pictures. I did not get a reply. This company is horrible, do not deal with them.
