On the 5th July 2014 I received an email purportedly from My Heritage offering 3 free gifts from which to choose for their members. I was stated that the only charge neccessary was for postage and handling. I chose Luma repair from Lumanelle. On 8th July 2014 my credit card statement showed a charge from Lumanelle for $96.23 AUS plus $2.89 AUS cost of currency exchange. I received the product shortly afterwards with no covering note. As this was supposed to be a free gift I contacted My Heritage and was told they had no relation with Lumanelle or its products and asked me to send the email I had received which now I was unable to do. I wrote an email of complaint to Lumanelle followed by several others. In reply they stated that they had cancelled my membership of which I was unaware. A refund would be more satisfactory.
