I was told that I would be sent sample bottles to try for 14 days.
Then I thought with the prices that they took automatically out of my account that larger bottles would be sent.
When I was sent the trial bottles the Hydrate was almost empty, so I called and they said they would send a new bottle which they never did. When I called they played stupid like I had not alerted them to the fact I could not try what was not there.
I was told it was my bad luck. I told them I would go over their heads, I was also hung up on.
That really got me to hunt down an answer as to this mis representation about the trial.
With my anger very apparent, they finally said if I sent the bottles back I would get a full refund, this is still ongoing.
I hope someone shuts them down.
