Had a very convincing story. In Philly airport coming back from a job interview, flight delayed needed money for hotel. Was interviewing with DuPont, graduating from Penn State, had paperwork, showed me his drivers license etc. etc. As I see from other complaints he has been doing this quite a while. Is there anything that can be done?
