i was contacted by a broker called David Loyd from a company arc trading in tokoyo japan. it was said that they can invest in me for my retirement. first a MU stock was purchased, then a broker Richard Clinton from the same company took over. he purchases stock without my consent, which i had to pay before they would transfer funds to my account.Richard is a smooth talker, tells you all what you want to hear and promises you no problems will occur. he states that once you pay for the shares, he could sell them and transfer the amount you Require. when i asked him to send me a confirmation from there so called financial officer being Arthur Cheng to confirm that the transaction will take place once i paid up my shares, he sent me a signed letter by the financial controller, which made me in my mind at ease knowing all is fine, so i paid up the stock. when i mailed Richard and asked when will the transfer take place, all sorts of excuses came out. i have now realized that i have been scammed out of 54 thousand dollars.
