ik heb een gratis probeerset besteld bij veloura. Na ontvangst van het pakket lees ik dat ik tot 14 dagen na het plaatsen van de bestelling het product kan retourneren. Doe ik dat niet dan zit ik vast aan maandelijkse bestellingen van 150 euro. Ook als ik de probeerset wil houden, moet ik er het volle bedrag voor betalen. Dat is in mijn ogen geen gratis probeerset. Wel heb ik een rma nummer gekregen maar er zijn uiteraard ook wee kosten verbonden aan het terugsturen van het pakketje. Kortom, ik ben zo 15 euro kwijt en ik heb niets. Oplichterij!!
