Farnia Fresnel from The Lenserf Group- marketed http://www.lenserfgroup.com/ under Google Sponsored Ads- receiving over 492 clicks within 30 days and is now refusing to pay her outstanding arrears.
We have dealt with organisations in the past with Google Sponsored Ads and company's who abuse our marketing terms and conditions are not fully aware of the circumstances and procedures we are able to take- we will promote the fact this company is not only refusing to pay the outstanding arrears- which Farnia Fresnel is legally obliged to pay- but also rejecting our company calls for over 3 weeks.
We have left over 21 Voice-mails to Farnia Fresnel ( The Lenserf Group- 1-267-536-9389 ) to resolve all issues, and to avoid publicity such as this- however we have had no other option but to voice our concerns.
Google Sponsored Ads has also been in touch with Philadelphia Small Claims Court to retrieve the outstanding arrears- and this is in the process.
We are simply trying to resolve all issues, however we are not receiving any cooperation from The Lenserf Group-Farnia Fresnel

The Lenserf Group has broken all terms and conditions with Google Sponsored Ads- however we are available should Farnia Fresnel wish to resolve all issues.
We are also pursing legal proceedings against The Lenserf Group-Farnia Fresnel (1-267-536-9389) within 7 working days from this post
