I thought I was buying a 3 year subscription to Acrobat XI for $17.00/yr. for 3 years. Then when I check my credit card statement it stated $99.98. When I call it was an automated call and you couldn't talk to anyone. Then when I wrote them they disclosed
19.08 for the download accelerator. This package gives you the fastest download speeds possible for the length of your membership.
29.94 for the download protection which gives you access to any new releases or updated versions that come out during your membership at no additional cost.
Nothing else was said in their ad about this but they automatically bill you for it. Then when you request a refund for the charges they keep $9.99 as a service fee. What a ripoff and they are frauds. Feds should track them down and lock them up!!! I'm going to be in their area in a few months and going to try and find these guys are correct this issue personally! I wouldn't do business with them!!
