I contacted them because, i did not have sound on my computer.Microsoft troubleshooter said it was my Bluetooth Audio device Driver.Uninstall it, and re-download it.After uninstalling it, I was having a problem downloading it.I went to Microsoft's website and letmein Rescue was on it.I went in for the download and it showed 14 Drivers out of Date.I agreed to update my drivers for a fee of 29.95+9.95 for 2yrs of Drivers coverage-totalling 39.90. However,after an hour of their alleged downloads,I had no sound, and was told for $506.95 they could make my laptop like new, and I would have a 3 yr warranty, I finished the download of Realtek High Definition Audio Driver. That is all they downloaded. I WAS VERY, VERY ANGRY!!!!
