The agent talked me down in price by $7000 then lied to the purchaser . Said he had another buyer willing to pay the amount I wanted .... There was no other offer made no other buyer.. So the purchaser paid the extra $7000.... So the agent said .... The agent Mario Tosser said he Meyer me male to get more from the buyer and would I go halfs in any extra ... He should be getting the best price he can for me as it is. without using dirty tricks ... It is my belief Mario already had the price I wanted and talked me down to trick me. To going half in extra commission I have spoken to one of the directors at Harcouts Thomastown and he said this is a common practice used by his company
