Real Estate Agents advise they act for the landlord and the tennant. This is not the case with Harcourts Thomastown. Despite leaving over 20 messages and attending their office, they refuse to address repair issues that are over 6 months old.
Today I received a long awaited call only to have foul language used by the agent,threatened to cancel lease when rent is paid up to date and his advice that he would reply by email, only to let me down again.
It is just a pity that Thomastown office leaves a bad taste for all Harcourts offices. I would recommend that tennants avoid using this office.
