When I first ordered, with ONLY a $5.00 postage fee. I am sent notification that my bank account is overdrawn. Your company stated that the hold on my account would be reversed. Fine. With a grocery cart full of food my card was declined. I have never been more embarrassed, or angry. Would someone please let me know what in the heck is going on. And when will my account be reimbursed. I had $98.00 now not only is that gone, but they say I have a negative balance of $112.01.
