I completed a survey on-line. I was directed to pick one of the 3 free gifts. I picked Garcinia Combodia. It stated clearly that this is a FREE GIFT, not a FREE TRIAL. I called 1-888-276-2477 to confirm. I was told very clearly that this was a free gift and I only had to pay $4.95. I asked the agent to send me a confirmation clearly indicating the terms and conditions. I was sent an invoice by email where there is NO MENTION of being charged $89.00 if I do not cancel in 14 days. I told the agent that I did not want to receive any future bottles and had ordered this with the understanding it is a FREE GIFT for completing the survey. I never went on the site to order rather gave my email to receive the free gift

When I received the second bottle I was told a completely different story. I was told the first one was a trial and not a GIFT and that since I did not cancel I would continue receiving and be charged. But although I cancelled my credit card I am still charged. Before I cancelled my credit card I called the credit card company ( June 26) to ask if there was any Garcinia charge on it. I was told NO. But when I received the bill there is a charge for the first and second bottle

I am very upset. I am a student. I cannot afford this. I hope someone can help me please
