I received the same letter only with date of June 3, 2014 and the name of the Promotion Manger is Mrs. Julia Jones. My bank Wells Fargo caught the scam when I tried to withdrawl monies for the Moneypak I was to sent to them as taxes for United Kingdom. My bank said there may be fees for stop payment of check I deposit. Very sad for people to do such things. We are living in desperate times.
