I received a letter from Citi Financial, along with a check for $2,950.00 drawn on the account of Texas Security General Insurance Agency, with the same address as Citi Financial, drawn on a bank account at Frost National Bank. It instructs me to send, by Western Union, my Tax amount of $1,90.00. Of course, this must be a scam and I have contacted Texas Security and informed them as such.

- This business, or businesses, should stop this practice, as it appears to be a scam. I am smart enough to not fall for it, but some people may, thereby incurring damages.
