Requested samples - charged for same - then billed for merchandise never ordered nor received. Disputed charge with credit card company. Not resolved. Not able to resolve with company directly. Company said must go through credit card company. Credit card company said must go through Equinox. Both claim dispute settled but I have no product nor refund.
