I was phoned by what I was led to believe was "Microsoft" in September. and informed that my computer was infected and they could prevent this happening. I gave permission to let them into my computer and they showed me evidence that a virus was present. I agreed to pay $150 to have this virus removed and paid by Visa card. Early October the same people phoned to say that my computer was being hacked by someone in USA and they could block this activity. I agreed again to let them into the computer. I authorised a payment to $152 from my Visa card again and was told that the transaction would be handled by Western Union and that the receivers name was Mamata Mishra. Several days later On checking my account details I found that two more amounts have been withdrawn (without my authorisation) one for $176 to be picked up by Dipak Bhagat and the other for $239 by Akash lal\Mukherjee. It was then that I cancelled by Visa card.Yesterday I received a phone call from same fellow but refused to speak with him.
