This company telephoned me and asked me if I needed help to get my computer running faster. They said they could do this remotely without coming to my home. I agreed to let them do this. They said it would cost £200.00. They asked for my bank details which I gave them. There was no difference to my computer speeds. I e-mailed them with a complaint, they did not reply.
