I called to return the second package of under eye cream as unopened package, refused-return to sender to get a full refund. I would never pay that amount of money for the small amount of any kind of lotion even if it was made with gold. The lady over the phone said she could only give a 40% money back guarantee which I never received. I would like all of the $94.90 refunded! After reading reviews, though, it sounds like I was luckier than most of the other consumers.
