An unauthorized deduction of $88 was made from my POSB account on two separate occasions, 18th may and 21st may 2014. I had not made any purchases worth $88, hence i sent streetdeal an email enquiring on the deduction. I emailed them:
Dear Sir/Mdm,

It came to my attention that some unauthorized deductions were made from my account by streetdeal.com on two different occasions.

I reviewed my POSB bank statement and it clearly states that $88 have been deducted from my account on the 15th of May 2014 and 21st of May 2014.
I did not make any purchases values at $88 on streetdeal.com. I have also attached a copy of my vouchers from my streetdeal.com account.

A total of $176 have been deducted. I would like to know why those deductions were made. I have attached a copy of my bank statement in this email. Please check and get back to me as soon as possible. I may be contacted via email or call me at 9******* for any further verifications required.

Now, this clearly shows the lack of professionalism from the person replying me to my query. I had no clue the deduction was for a membership fee that i never made, moreover in the email she mentioned that a refund is unable to be made. What a obvious scam! i have all the proof necessary to show that I did not not make any form of membership purchases. I have no revenue to get my money refunded. What should i do?
