I have good news for all who are tying to get back $$ from Streetdeal!I managed to recover $176 for 2 months premium membership subscription which I never subscribed for.
I called OCBC bank and explained that this amount was charged to my credit card without my permission. Hence they cancelled and replaced my credit card to prevent further unauthorized deductions. Then I requested for the bank to do an investigation to recover my $176. The cost to me was $15.
Within 3 days, the bank reversed the charge. I received my credit card statement and the reversal was reflected.
