ordered £2.99 trial of equinox beauty cream - it arrived but so did rvtl cream (not ordered) which arrived with no details so unable to return or enquire where it had come from. Noticed on card statement that I had been charged full amount for BOTH products on 17.03.14 and again on 3.04.14 Rang and complained and got a refund of £139 but have still lost £241 Rvtl will not accept that no order was placed. Attention was not drawn to terms and conditions and supposed magazine pages with adverse all go to order pop ups when clicked on. This is FRAUD if not outright THEFT
