initial ad had a short video of a woman applying the cream to her eye bags& showing them disappear...(this never happened when I applied it) then said the samples of both the day &night cream & the separate creams for day & night would be shipped free with only a charge for shipping & handling (4.95 each).Then they charged me for both items (109.,&103.)
I called the company & the representative that spoke with me claimed they NEVER send out anything free.I called my credit company to dispute this claim, & to claim this was a fraudulent advertisement.
