I live in the Uk so I ordered a hamper for my mum in Melbourne Australia and payed for next day delivery.
Nothing ever showed up but they charged my credit card and sent me a survey.
Completed the survey, sent them an email requesting a refund and tried the online chat help but as soon as I gave them my order number they stopped responding and closed the chat. Disgusting!
