Signed a contract with the company he worked for, Ace Roofing, Inc. He was asked to color match our existing shingles, but never brought shingles to compare. On day of service, which was never confirmed, we left before anyone arrived and did not see the shingles that he said he had matched. When we got home, we were in shock at what we saw. The shingles they installed were in a completely different color family and ruined the looks of our home. The HOA has given us a letter and 10 days to get our roof replaced with the original color, which is what we tried to do in the first place. Joey Crawford and Ace Roofing are not accepting any responsibility for this nightmare we are going through, due to no fault of our own. They have had the audacity to suggest that we approved the shingles. If we had seen and approved them, we would not have a complaint. Both Joey Crawford and Ace Roofing have told us they would and then would not take care of this for over a month and now we have to replace our roof. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW JOEY CRAWFORD or ACE ROOFING near your home.
