I originally saw the infomercial and believed these bras were going to be amazing. I originally thought wow, great bras at a great price. They charged a total of $25 in shipping charges while shipping it United States Postal Service which in no way would ever charge that amount. I would say probably $5 bucks. After I received the bras they were entirely too small, the size chart on their website is not accurate in any way shape or form. This first order I received were made of good quality, had padding and support but I just wanted a larger size. I then called them and requested a replacement they said okay it would be shipped out in approximately 7-10 business days. I requested a prepaid shipping return label as I was in no way going to pay because of their screw up. I had to contact their office 5 times before they actually sent the email containing the label; that is entirely way too many times. When I called regarding that issue I asked where my genie bras were; i hadn't received them. They told me they were on back order. So I waited, and waited, called again, said backordered we are now waiting yet again. I finally received my new bras and opened them up and they were a completeley different bra from what I had originally received. The prior ones had padding and were very supportive. These were the cheapest nothing like those; no support at all. I would have been better off wearing a tank top. I have been dealing with this situation since July 2011. It is Now November and they are barely refunding me for my bras and they made sure to tell me I would not get a refund on my shipping charges that I overpaid on. This situation has caused me to never ever order any informercial product because they are scams. These things should be investigated and the purchasers should have some type of recourse. They should be out of business.
