They never told me that my card was declining monthly payments. I knew my monthly membership fee was coming out but I did not know that training fees werent coming out because no one ever said anything to me when I went to the gym. No one even called me to say anything. I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe money. I even quit the gym and no one said anything. They never called or said anything to me. No attempt to collect, just straight to collections to ruin my credit score. Beyond frustrated with the awful customer service and disgusting way they run the business.
