I was looking for a cheaper phone service to use and saw the prisonlines sit and clicked on it , let me remind u that this was the last $25.00 I had to my name. Well the prices looked nice so I signed up for it. When I was done I got a letter stating they received my payment and I would be getting an email with a telephone number and I could get started. Well I never got an email and any number I found on them no one would answer I kept getting a recording saying leave a message. Now what 1-888 number do u know of that u have to leave a message ?? I want my money back please
