These guys specialize in scare tactics and passing themselves off as other companies. They made me think that they were associated with Dell. If you sign up for a contract with them for a year or two years, they guarantee total protection and a tech to be available at any time. However, every couple of months they call you and tell you that your network is under attack and that they need to charge you a one time fee to fix the issue. When I brought up the fact that I had signed up for their service and was guaranteed total protection, they claimed that network issues were not a part of that deal and that they wanted to charge me money to fix the network.
They do this on a regular basis, even when nothing appears to be wrong with your computer. They are deceitful and a company that uses scare tactics.
