I purchased a VHS to DVD Converter Kit. The promised delivery time was 6 weeks. Since February, I kept sending reminder email. Now I am told that I could get a credit for a future purchase but my money will not be refunded. Since it's been more than 45 days, I cannot go to PayPal. It is a scam - they take the money but do not deliver the item. Although it is based in Toronto, ON, Canada, I do not believe it to be a reputable Canadian or North American company. This is the last time I will deal with them. I urge others to boycott them.
