I ordered a scarf from Dealticker.com, I received a damaged scarf, poorly packaged from China. I contacted Dealticker upon receipt of the scarf and sent the requested pictures of damage/defects, they said they would start refund instead they did not refund and had their "merchant" contact me and play games for about a month. Now they are agreeing to refund if I return the scarf, I agreed, but they refuse to provide return postage. I shouldn't have to pay to return an item I received damage!

I just asked for a replacement scarf that is not defected/damaged or a refund, but instead began their month long games of ridiculous offers eg. give me credit to their merchants website where the credit isn't even enough to purchase 1 scarf! Now they want ME to foot the bill to return this garbage!?

This is the worst customer service/ or lack of that I have EVER received!
