I was employeed at this club location for only about a month and a few days. I quit yesterday due to unfairness and abuse from my manager. Many different scenarios occured butt he gist of it is she yelled at me in front of other employees and customers for things i didn't even do. She banned me from the club for quitting without the "required" amount of notice however when i was putting in my notice i asked her for the policy and if there was anything else i needed to do to make this process as easy and smooth as possible and she simply said no and dismissed me from her office without even looking up from the computer. I found that very unprofessional and it kind of hurt my feelings as well. She also claimed that i should've know the multiple page long script for introducing a new member to the gym "a month ago" when i hadn't even been employeed for a full month yet! This club is just ridiculous and the manager and a hanful of the employees is very manipulative and aggressive towards others. Very dishonest and unprofessional.
