I have had two seperate problems from this company and both are exactly the same situation. I bought a warranty for both all of my appliances. my washer and dryer stopped working so I called the warranty company and they said they would come to fix it but nobobdy came or did anything after all the calls I made so I finally just had to buy a whole new set. Now my microwave has been broken and for the last month theyve bveen telling me they would send someone out to fix it but ofcourse I didnt hear anything and noday came. after a hundred calls, being hungup on and ignored everytime, I've finally decided to cancel my account after i tried getting my money back but they told me they couldnt return it because it was too long ago even thoiugh I am still in my warranty for my washer/dryer and my microwave. this company is a scam. Ive called the service lin and everytime they put me on hold immediatly and then hangup on me, I finally tried to call sales and literally on the SECOND ring a PERSON picked up very cheerfully and was ready to help me and take my money. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND WILL NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL.
