I subsribed to this companies warranty, which was to cover all appliances, air conditioning, etc. When my range lost use of two burners they sent someone to look at it and he said parts woud be ordered.
After much phone calling I got a call that Kenko another company in Miami would be doing the service.
They called me and said they'd be out the next day to install the parts. I then got another phone call from Stanley and they said they wouldn't service it because it was too costly and they send me $150 to buyi an new one which cost over $1000. I called them and Gabriel Collins of their firm said that amount was an insult and he'd see I was sient $300, Still no where's near what replacement cost.
After weeks went by, I called again and spoke to someone who gave me name of owner Jack Wainwright. I never could get him to take miy call. He finally emaied me saying they fired Mr. Collins and thay were straightening out his mistakes. Still nothing. It's been months. I've sent several emails that have been ignored by Mr Wainwright. I am a senior citizen, closing in on 80 years old and I can't afford losing this money. On top of this they have been billing me $42.00 a month and I have had lierally no service. The most recent monthly charge was today.
