I was contacted by Shane on Friday, April 11 and by the end of the day I had changed my mind. In most cases you have three days to change your mind and get your money back. I started calling on Saturday and they were closed, so Monday I called again and was put on hold and left a voice mail. I called back two or three times on Monday, Tuesday,and Wednesday. I have talked to someone named K twice and asked to speak to a supervisor to tell them I want out of this contract. I have sent emails to the support customer service. I have not been able to get Shane or anyone else to call me back. I feel like I'm stuck and they will not talk to me. I just want my money back. They have poor customer service and if I were to want stay with them, I can't help but wonder how customers who order from them how they situation are handled.
