Their technician 'Mike' tried to push me into paying 250 Eu for 5 hours (!) ''Microsoft technichian's' support to remove a supposed viruses, etc. on a brand new PC from Packard Bell with Windows 8. The only real problem was a speaker jack not the right type, I have resolved it myself with a 12V adapter, that I had, it all works.
To get a refund, in France, one needs to write a letter to their office in:
